This is called Tibetan Tian Zhu. I am not expert of it. But the price of the left one (280RMB) is 14 times of the price of the right one (20RMB). There is a jewelry wholesales called Sai-Kan market in Baojiao street. It is in a building that you need walk inside Baojiao street. You can find better and cheaper jewelry stones there.
